Breakfast was weird. Not sure if we were in a coffee shop or a restaurant. We ordered coffee and tea, since the coffee facilities in our room did not include a kettle but only a machine with very limited options. We also ordered oatmeal, which turned out to be cooked specially for us (Starbucks usually has an instant cup option) in enormous portions. But it was ok when it eventually came, and the staff were very nice. At 10am on a Saturday morning the place was deserted.

B'fast OK, though a bit more limited than it could have been, even for a quick bite. After having recently stayed at a Marriott, my teen son had been looking forward to granola, but this place didn't have.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and the shower were also quite large. The hotel was very clean and the location was great! The front desk staff were wonderful! We found the valet parking fee of $23/day to be quite reasonable and convenient in comparison to other cities we’ve visited.

Proximity to Case Western University and dining options; the room was very clean, modern and comfortable; the lobby was modern and also had convenient sit-in and takeout dining. The valet staff and front desk staff was very friendly.

The location is wonderful, close to the many jewels of Cleveland with pleasant walking paths to museums and restaurants. The shuttle and valet parking are terrific bonuses.

The location was very good for our purposes...could walk to art museums and Little Italy. The breakfast was excellent. The room very clean. The lounge/bar/dining area was very pleasant.

The walk-in shower was great and the water pressure and shower head were a nice surprise. Love the rolling table. The beds were comfortable. Love the smart tv with Netflix and Amazon. The 24/7 valet parking and free shuttle service is awesome. The room had a mini fridge. The hotel is within walking distance of Case Western University, restaurants, museums, and a botanical garden.

It is in a fantastic location, an easy walk to Little Italy and Case Western Reserve. The desk clerks were helpful and friendly.
